What Kairo is
Kairo is a self-development app that recommends actions tailored to your energy, available time, and life balance. It learns from your habits and activity over time to surface actions that fit the specific moment you are in, whether that is a busy day with limited time or a day with more space for deeper focus. The app organises self-development across six areas: mind, body, purpose, connection, rest, and expression.
Wellness and AI disclaimer
Kairo is a self-development guidance tool, not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or fitness coaching service. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice. The Kairo assistant is generated by an AI system and may be inaccurate or incomplete. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Kairo is not a substitute for professional care.
Subscription terms
Kairo offers paid subscriptions. Current plans are $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and may be shown in your local store currency. A free trial may be offered before billing begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Kairo does not process refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
User content
You keep ownership of content you enter into Kairo. This includes chat messages, activity log entries, calibration inputs, onboarding inputs, and your display name. By using Kairo, you give Steady Labs Holdings a limited license to process this content to operate, personalise, maintain, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kairo to transmit harmful, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or intentionally misleading content. You may not interfere with the app, misuse the service, reverse engineer the app, or use automated systems to access it. Kairo may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kairo is provided as is and as available. Steady Labs Holdings does not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your needs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Steady Labs Holdings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, Steady Labs Holdings' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kairo in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Termination
You may stop using Kairo at any time. Steady Labs Holdings may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or create risk for the service.
Changes to terms
Kairo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
